Rent:

• Rent Is $600 a month (All utilities are included.)

• No Security Deposit

• We ask for last months rent upfront for a total payment of $1,200 to move in

• Month-to-Month Lease with a required 2 month minimum stay

• Free Rental Application (No Background or Credit Check Required)

Requirements:

• Must be employed and show proof of income

• Must have enough money saved for moving by providing a bank statement as proof 

• No pets and no furniture (The house is fully furnished.)
