4:Do you Prorate the rent if i move in the middle of the month?
No. What ever day of the month you move in is the day you pay rent every month. For example if you move in on the 13th of December that's the day you will pay rent every month.
5:Why do i need to show my bank statements and paystubs for the rental application ?
When applying for a rental, you need to show your bank statements to verify your income and financial stability, allowing the landlord to assess whether you can afford the monthly rent and are likely to pay on time; essentially, it provides concrete evidence of your ability to meet your lease obligations.
6:Will my things be safe and not get stolen?
Yes. We have security cameras in the common areas and exterior. Lockers for valuables. On site management. All doors have unique codes for locking. Your room door has a unique code only you and your roommates will have.
